GOD WILL HELP YOU

By Johnson Omomadia
Help is available to you. Not the help of man that is vain but the help of God that will enable you to do valiantly. Your situation is not beyond the help of God. No matter how long the case may have been, it still has a solution. Don’t despair nor give up. Keep on pressing ahead towards your future that is more glorious than where you are coming from. Through the grace of God you will receive help to accomplish the task and or vision.

Nothing is too hard for God’s help. Gen. 18:13-14, says, “And the Lord said unto Abraham, wherefore did Sarah laugh, saying, shall I of a surety bear a child, which I am old? Is any thing too hard for the Lord? At the time appointed I will return unto thee, according to the time of life, and Sarah shall have a son”. Abraham and Sarah were old and beyond the age of child bearing and Sarah thought it was no more possible for her to bear a child. In the midst of her challenge of barrenness, God said He will help Sarah and the spell of barrenness shall be broken. Sarah thought this was not possible and so God asked the question if there was anything that is too hard for God to do. Well, God confirmed His word to Sarah just as he said. Sarah conceived and bare Abraham a son in his old age, at the set time of which God had spoken to him (Gen 21:1-2).

God is asking you the same question right now. Is your case beyond redemption? Of course not. This question reveals much about God who is personally concerned about your affairs and wants you to ask His power to help you.. Hear me, any problem that God cannot solve must become god to God. But then I know that nothing is too hard for God to handle. He will handle your case for you. Don’t throw in the towel for God shall make you to laugh again. He that turned Abraham and Sarah’s hopeless case around will turn that seemeth impossible situation around for His glory. Doing the impossible is everyday business for God. Our big problems may not seem so impossible if we let God handle them. Remember that what is impossible with man is possible with God. God helps us when we least expect it.

In 1Kings 17:9-16, Prophet Elijah, arose and went to Zarephath as he was commanded by God. When he came to the gate of the city, behold the widow woman was there gathering sticks to go and prepare her last meal for herself and son to eat and die because of the great famine in the land. Whole this woman was busy preparing to die, God had help available for her where she least expected. This is why I say to you that you will encounter help where you least expect. The hardness of the economy shall not swallow you and your concerns. God will enable you to outlive your challenges victoriously. Believe and receive this message and see your life prosper. You shall not commit suicide or die because of prevailing circumstances. You will receive the help of God. Rise up from that bed, go about your duty, send that application letter, tender for that contract, return to that office for the supplies and you will encounter God’s help. God provides for us in ways that go beyond our narrow expectations. No matter how bitter our trials or how seemingly hopeless our situation, we should look for God’s hand of care. We may find His providence in some strange places.

The widow of Zarephath did and sod is not a respecter of persons. Beloved, Jesus can help when no one else can. Matt. 9:23-26, says, “And when Jesus came into the ruler’s house, and saw the minstrels and the people making a noise, He said unto them, give place: for the maid is not dead, but sleepeth. And they laughed Him to scorn. But when the people were put forth, He went in, and took her by the hand, and the maid arose. And the fame hereof went abroad into all that land”. Here the little girl was dead and it was too late for any man to help her. But Jesus simply went to the girl and raised her. In your life, Jesus Christ, can make a difference when it seems too late for anyone else to help. God help you and all your concerns and help our great nation Nigeria. Have you given your life to Jesus? If not, please pray this prayer. Father, I come to you as I am. I invite Jesus into my life to be my personal Lord and Saviour. Wash me cleanse with the blood of Jesus and empower me with the power of your Holy Spirit. Thank you Father for saving my soul and making me your child.
